1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bat55 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). bat55 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered bat55 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bat55 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering your bat55 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. bat55 is not responsible for any service disruption or withdrawal delays caused by inaccurate registration information.

3.3 KYC Verification

bat55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations and international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. bat55 may request updated KYC documentation periodically.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat55 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bat55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available from within your account dashboard. bat55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.5 Account Currency

bat55 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will all be processed in PKR unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or game offering. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bat55 does not permit the exploitation of bonus offers through coordinated betting, hedging strategies designed to reduce risk to below the level of normal play, or any other technique that bat55 reasonably considers to constitute abuse of a promotional offer. bat55 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, at its sole discretion.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are available once per player, per household, and per IP address. bat55 may decline bonus claims where it determines that multiple accounts from the same household or connection have already claimed the same offer.

6. Gaming Rules

Each game and betting market available on the bat55 Platform is governed by its own specific set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game session:

bat55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error or as a result of a manifest pricing error, software fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat55 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one bat55 account;
• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the bat55 Platform — including but not limited to the bat55 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to bat55. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in any bat55 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat55 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of bat55's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

bat55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. bat55 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bat55 account at any time by contacting bat55 customer support via live chat from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions being met.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by bat55

bat55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bat55 holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

13.3 Language

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
